“Good and responsive. Giving 4 rather than 5 stars only because I ordered pre-Christmas with a next day delivery service, but only upon asking, several days after the order, I was told that I had missed the cutoff. No major deal, just a bit impractical for me. They volounteerely offered to refund .e the shippong expenses, which was a nice gesture. All in all gtrat service and very responsive.”

“Unfortunately I received the wrong model of speakers, hence only four stars. However after notifying K&B by email I received a very good service which included a telephone call to arrange a collection and redelivery on a convenient date. The order is a gift so isn't set up yet.”

“I bought a record player for my son as a birthday present. Although it was a ‘ wrong one’ and I sent it back, my email was answered immediately and the refund was processed swiftly. I marked 4 stars because the return was on my expense and I paid over £16.00 for it. Thank you for ‘ no headaches’ return.”

“Very happy with the sound quality. But initially tried Bluetooth connection to TV. This left the picture and sound out of synch. Thanks to Craig in the support team, I changed to wired connection and all is now well. 4 stars because insufficient information re the Bluetooth problem. Otherwise good speakers.”

“The Edifier R1280DBs Active Bookshelf Speakers with Bluetooth 5.0, Sub Out & Soundfield Spacializer speakers I bought arrived on time. The package was well packed and had as a bonus a small pack of Haribo included, this is something Wiggle used to do. The product is as described and my internet research paid off well, as these budget passive speakers have very good sound quality for their price in my opinion with a decent amount of bass. When the active speakers are attached by Optical cable (one is provided along with phono cables and a line out to phono cable ) to my Raspberry Pi based, touch screen streaming device they make for an excellent Kitchen HIFI. I also tested the sound quality via Bluetooth from my smartphone and was also pleased with the sound quality the bonus that the remote control can also be used to control the track selection makes this a well-priced pair of active speakers. Thie Instruction manual is very basic and in very small print but this is not a fault that K&B can easily rectify other than feedback to the manufacturer. However, once you have set the device up and got used to the controls it is fairly useless anyway. I think one future improvement Edifier could make is to be able to control the Bass and Table via the remote control as I could not work out how to do this unless I missed a trick”

“Very quick and easy to order a replacement remote control. It arrived quickly abs was well packaged. Just a little disappointed at the cost of £45 + postage which seemed a lot.”
