“Great communication and pricing, the item I ordered was out of stock but this was resolved very quickly. A little annoying that the courier wouldn't do Saturday delivery though.”

“The speed of delivery is excellent and the speakers look great. I would have given 5*. But as these are getting fitted in my new bathroom suite next week so will update when I use the speakers. Looking forward to it.”

“They distribute plain black speaker cable with no polarity markings on it. I find that rather odd for a professional audio company. But the equipment, prices and delivery service was great. Customer services very helpful too.”

Hi Adam, thanks for your review and orders, much appreciated! Hope you enjoy your new system. All of our cable is polarity marked with a rib that runs down the side of one of the cores. It's a high quality OFC cable. We are looking at alternatives with a red line, but haven't found anything as good quality for the same price yet. Many thanks, Craig.

“I ordered some ceiling speakers knowing they were on back order but they struggled to get hold of them. I received my money back no qualms. A few days later I seen the same speakers were in stock but at a higher price. After speaking to customer services about the whole situation they apologised and honoured the old price. Not very many companies would do that, hat's off K&B, and they delivered really quickly!”
