“Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about and also gave me some information about the prostion of my atmos speakers set up and delivery said it was 3 days but come before that.”

“Amazing experience. Customer service and lead time are very competitive. The "fraud software" is just a bit too careful and made us loose a couple of days, but apart from that I'm extremely satisfied.”

“I ordered a turntable and speakers and on two seperate occasions I needed to speak to someone at K&B about my order. They could not have been more helpful. They gave me advice and kept me up to date on product availability and delivery times. Delivery was practically next day and free, which is also a bonus. They made themselves available in case I needed anymore help with my purchases. I highly recommend K&B and will definitely be using them again in the future.”
