“Not good so far. The turntable isn't working and the arm seems incredibly delicate. Needle slipping and the records aren't playing properly.”

Hi Richard, sorry to see that you're having issues. The stylus appears to have been damaged based on your video, these are a delicate part and can be damaged easily. We've sent out a replacement as a gesture of goodwill which will hopefully get you back up and running. Regards, Craig.

“First time I've used K&B and I've been very impressed. I bought a turntable and have dusted off my old vinyl! I emailed with a technical question regarding wiring it through my Amp(actually comes with necessary cable)and they got back to me within a few hours. Turntable itself does the job perfectly and connected to my Cambridge audio Amp sounds great.”
