“I bought a record player for my son as a birthday present. Although it was a ‘ wrong one’ and I sent it back, my email was answered immediately and the refund was processed swiftly. “K&B Audio, found them on Google when searching for Hi-Fi components, gave them a shot and got excellent results, 1 item bought I was well pleased, KB then informed me of the second item to complete my project, after 2 items bought quick delivery on both items,great customer service, I have to rate them 5 Stars, K&B AUDIO are good at what they do, make the buyer happy with their purchase.”
