“Phillip the Trainer was very professional and delivered the course very well. My only problem was the course notes were emailed to me very late, it would have been better to get them earlier to enable me to print them off at work.”

“Trainer was Ladi Dada The course content was good. The provider was good and knowledgeable. Some connection issues and some problems with the completion of forms at the start of the course. I think it would be a good idea for the forms to be completed and inspected prior to the beginning of the course.”

“Course was very good; informative, relevant and important. Nikki was an excellent facilitator; engaging and clearly hugely experienced. The only criticism concerns the book GE706. The fact that the page numbers of the book and the page count at the bottom were four pages out of sync was a stressful and unnecessary problem which we really didn't need in the pressured environment of the course. Also there were problems with the app download. This aspect of the training was rather shoddy and needs improving ASAP as valuable training time was wasted on it.”

“The course was great, the teacher made us work hard but was approachable. I loved the E Books once I got used to using them. Far easier than using hard copies. Things to be improved: Links sent earlier-My work laptop camera didnt work with zoom despite working fine with teams. I didnt have time to contact my IT department once I had discovered this. Fortunately I had a personal laptop that I could use. All in all it was an enjoyable 2 days.”

“Well organized course which was easy to join. Trainer (Tim) presented the key points in a simple, positive and interesting way. Slight technical issue with exam resolved quickly.”

“Content of course should be reviewed (by CITB), as topics are quite basic. It might be worth to distinguish between office based and site base "site managers", as those usually have different roles. The tutor, Frankley Scott, was good. He explained all points well and made sure everyone understood him. Sometimes his audio signal was not the best. Eg reviewing the headset used.”

“Good course, good trainer who knew had good knowledge of the content. Only let down is a last minute email informing the course book required for the course was now going to be sent via online link with the joining instructions however the link was not given resulting in a delayed start to the course.”
