He delivered the course with a high level of professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and clear real-world examples that made the content easy to understand and engaging. Ian encouraged interaction, answered questions thoroughly, and ensured everyone fully grasped both the practical and legal aspects of site management and health & safety. The course was well-structured, informative, and very relevant to real site conditions.
