“They have been very helpful in our attempt to return what we considered to be an incorrectly labelled toilet seat where we felt that the colour was not what we ordered. Ideal/Armitage have used the Health and Safety excuse to refuse accepting it back.”

“The order arrived very promptly & was just what we wanted, my plumber fitted it the same day. Slight problem was the cold lever went backwards instead of coming forwards as the hot. Reported on 26/02/20, had email to say new cold valve would be sent to me directly from the manufacturers, & it arrived on Saturday 29/02/20. Very impressed with overall.”
