“Absolutely Excellent! I ordered the same product from a different supplier back in April they quoted 2-4 days delivery. After making payment I received an email saying it would be 4-6 weeks! Towards the end of May I received a further email adding an additional 6 weeks which could also be subject to change!!!! I eventually decided to try Taps Empire who delivered the item in less than 24 hours with their express delivery option. Could not be more pleased with the service I received. Highly recommended.”

“Although I was a little reluctant to use Taps Empire, I'm really happy I did. The cost of their products is great in comparison to some of the other companies out there. Their customer service was professional, and the delivery of my lovely new tap was super quick. Will definitely be using them again!”

“Ordering a new tap was simple. Minor criticism in that we were told tap had been despatched when it had not because of vehicle breakdown. However matter was resolved following day and tap arrived as promised. Would use the company again.”

“Excellent service from taps empire. Provided the tap direct from the supplier. Very helpful staff when I called them. An issue though with the delivery. UPS put a card through the wrong door when they tried to deliver. Box is quite clearly marked with the correct address but for some reason they thought it appropriate to deliver to an address on the opposite of the street and several houses down. Thankful my neighbour checked the qr code and posted the card through my door. A great deal of hassle could have been avoided if the driver had looked at the address properly.”
