Item was ordered in good time to meet my plumbers needs. No communication from them when it didn’t arrive as expected. Had to call to ask and was told it was taken to the wrong distribution centre. Had to put unhappy plumbers on hold and has meant our bathroom will be out of action for more time.

Sink delivered without fittings and therefore had to cancel plumber who had been booked to fit it. Customer services refused to provide any recompense and tried to shift blame to a supplier. Plenty of other companies available with better customer services!

The item I wanted (Grohe shower diverter) shows the pipework to the rear of the control and yet it was an additional item. My online order was accepted despite this and yet most companies websites pick up this sort of discrepancy. The valve part is apparently a new item and is not yet available. The website gives no easily found telephone number for sales so I did not have the opportunity to check stock before ordering. I do not recommend this company particularly as their prices are not the best. Avoid!

Appalling service and communication. Original order placed for Roca basin placed on the 9th October. After chasing delivery (5 weeks later)was informed by e-mail that the basin had been damaged in transit by the carrier and that delivery would be a further two weeks. I then received an e-mail saying they had cancelled my order and refunded my account as the carrier would not deliver to my postcode. A very strange response given that they had already delivered the taps and trap to the same postcode and thes had been fitted an set up for the sink dimensions. (We live in the middle of a mid Wales coastal town serviced many carriers ) I sent an e-mail of complaint to Taps Empire expressing my disappointment but have received no response, which given their performance with my order was no surprise.

Ordered a Rocca Debba family unit (it is completely unboxed) which unfortunately won't fit in the finished bathroom - BUT because it was after the 14 days return period they flatly refused to help out and process any return or restocking at all .... no flexibility ....Avoid

Ridiculous, took my order then later received email saying: "We are sorry to advise that our logistics provider for the product ordered does not deliver to your postcode at present. Your order has therefore been cancelled and the total payment refunded." Think it's time you changed your delivery partner, I live in Hampshire, I'm sure you could find someone who passes through - the roads are jammed with vans delivering stuff..... Next time don't take the order if you can't deliver or add a delivery charge and let customer decide. Very poor service.

Shocking experience. Firstly, the tap was delivered with damaged parts, replacement parts were also damaged. Ridiculous that A) there was no quality control for the initial order and B) replacement parts were not checked for damage.

Spent over £200 on a new mixer tap. It arrived & was left in the box. Had to wait three weeks for my plumber to turn up to tell me it’s the wrong shower. I’ve emailed them to see if there was any chance to send it back. Emphatic no. Very upset. £200+ wasted. Never use this company again.

I ordered a toilet seat been advised that it will take two weeks. The seat cost £53.00 which I’ve noticed you have taken out of my account. I called you 8 times today but the number has a funny ring tone then disconnects. I emailed asking a few days ago for an update but still not heard a thing. If I don’t receive my toilet seat in the next 3 days then please return my money or at least call me to give me some sort of an update. More importantly how about answering your phone! Failure to to this will lead me to speak to my bank. The customer service I’m receiving so far has been shocking.

I bought an Basket Strainer Waste with Overflow in antique Gold. The item arrived within 3 days with missing parts. I returned the item with recorded delivery, I didnt received Taps Empire receipt acknowledge. I have contacted them but no reply.. I am still waiting for a refund. Communication is very poor, not replying to emails.

Mayfair Palazzo tap started dripping upon fitting a week before Christmas. Despite emails from Tap Empire stating they'd asked the manufacturer to contact me I've had no further contact. Would suggest purchasing elsewhere.
