“Finding Tailster was brilliant. After booking a family meal for my birthday, I suddenly recieved a surprise present. My baby dog Jack. Being new to the area I had no one to sit him. I found Tailster and a babysitter placed a bid. Very reasonable rates aswell. Also by using this site you get free insurance. My Jack was kept happy for 5 hours and I enjoyed my evening with the family. Thanks to this site. I will quite happily use your services should the need arise ????”

“Best thing that happened was coming across tailster. We met up with our boarder kim .who put us at ease straight away and didnt hesitate leaving our dog with her. Tailster is excellent and gives peace of mind .daily updates pics . My dog loved making new friends And the staff at tailster are always in touch making sure things are fine . excellent service would highly recommend .”

“Tailster have handled my account for many months now . The site is easy to use I found a dog walker within a day and everything has gone smoothly . The dog carer is friendly reliable and follows my care instructions to the letter. I get updates and pictures of my dog on walks and meeting other dogs and you can see where and how long walk was for. The fees are very reasonable and cover any dog needs you might have and insurance”

“An excellent service all round. I put in exactly what service I was looking for, i.e to look after and medicate my elderly cats, for however many days and received bids. I chose one of the bids, did as Tailster suggested and swapped contact information, met then made my decision to accept the bid. Our cats were well cared for, all meds given and we were extremely pleased to have found Tailster. Would definitely use again ourselves and would highly recommend.”

“I got in touch with Tailsters in Summer 2016 looking for a walker for my dog whilst I was away. They were very helpful and I signed up on line saying what I was looking for and when. I was very pleased with the results as I had about 4/5 responses from people in my area who could help. I found a lovely lady who had experience walking dogs and I was given a chance to meet her in my home with my dog. This all worked out very well and she emailed me the walks she had covered and pictures of my dog whilst I was away. Well done tailsters for providing my dog with such a successful carer. All this at a doable price!! One happy dog and owner. Elizabeth and Buddy.”

“very good service with peace of mind that nothing is paid until the booking has completed and your completely happy with the service that has been provided and the knowledge that regular pictures are posted by the sitter so you know everything is ok highly recommended”

“We were very happy with the cat sitter that Tailster put us in contact with. She responded very quickly and we had a follow up call from somebody at Tailster to make sure we were happy with everything. I certainly would recommend Tailster to friends and family, in fact I have already told a number of people about their services.”

“Hi My little dog Milly was given the best care i could ever dream of . The family she was boarding with was brilliant i had updates while i was on holiday enabling me to relax and enjoy my time away . “Brilliant service I am now a customer for life. Pouch parade or Gemma for short was a diamond. Txt me several times during my holiday and sent pics of my babies to let me no they were ok which really was good as my one dog is poorly and this relaxed my worries . I will be booking Gemma ( pouch Parade ) again I would fully recomend her as she also has insurance in case your dogs are ill during the period being looked after. 5 star service with many options to suit everybody's needs.”

“I am so grateful to Taillster for all the support they have given me. all the walkers and dog sitters have been amazing. Chris has been particularly brilliant. She goes above and beyond. Even leaving my 12 year old son a birthday card to give to me on my birthday and leaving him an Easter egg at Easter. She communicates with me about Chelsea and send photos of their walks in the park. She is there last minute and I can book weeks ahead. Tailster always checks with me with not just emails but a personal call to make sure everything is working. I could not have done with them. Thank you”
