“Easy to use, I simply uploaded details of my dogs and my requirements and prospective carers contacted me. Only negative would be the amount of mails received from the site 'reminding' me not to book outside the site.”

“Easy to use, great advice (e.g. meet the people before you book them), all payments are through the site, and it includes insurance. Reassuring if you need to be away from home and don't have anyone local to help out”

“Tailster were able to find me a cat carer in my new neighbourhood where I didn't know anybody, the carer was found quickly and the whole process was effortless combined with free pet insurance booking with Tailster is a no brainer, excellent service”

“Elaine Collins (Harrogate, North Yorks), walked my dog for a week, whilst I was staying in the area. Elaine was just brilliant. She was reliable and walked my very active collie, for around 5 miles per day. - She walked 5 miles a day, but he walked/ran much more than that, and slept happily each afternoon after Elaine had taken him out! Elaine walked my dog on his own sometimes, or with a couple of dogs, whom I knew would mix well with my dog; no big groups. Elaine took great care to ensure my dog was safe and happy. She loves dogs and has a wonderful rapport with them. Elaine is a lovely lady and anyone would like her. I'll certainly be in touch with her again if I need dog walking in the area. Tailster itself was very organised. I've had dog walkers before, but this was the best experience, as I felt I could really trust Elaine and Tailster. It was so reassuring to be able to track their progress and be sent photos and even videos of the dog walks. I'm going to book my next doggy walker with Tailster. “Very impressed with Tailster. I had to book at very short notice and was really worried about leaving Rocky. Fran was great. She sent daily updates, including photos and Rocky was very happy. Will definitely use Tailster next time I need care for Rocky.”

“My chosen dog sitter was very enthusiastic and willing to fit in with my daily routine for my dog. Being able to find someone local at a good price who will look after my dog in a home environment was very important to me. My dog had had experience of kennels just once and did not get on with being restricted to enclosed spaces and only short walks and no other excercise. Tailster is a superb way of finding exactly what you need for your pet. Happy dog = happy owner Highly recommended”

“Our Cavachon Rosie was very well looked after whilst we were on holiday. We were kept up to date with photographs and text messages regularly, giving us peace of mind as this was the first time we had left her. Tailster did not make any payment until our return and were completely satisfied with Rosie's care. We would definitely recommend Tailster.”

“I found tailster on the internet when looking for a dog walker . There as far as i know nothing else out there like them. I didnt realise untill i started that they offer more services which is great . I recieved a few quotes via the brillant app I downloaded, i have agreed and started once a week dog walking fir my 2 boxer dogs with Lindsay who is amazing .. The app is easy for booking , contacting each other and making payment . I recomend tailster to anyone .. The great item included is security and insurance cover”
