Denise was wonderful, she went out of her way to make a hard process a bit easier. Nothing was too much trouble & she was always there when we kept calling & emailing because we had forgotten something.
The drivers on the day were brilliant, they organised everything & were really helpful. I’m sorry I can’t name every one that helped us because they were all professional & we can’t thank them enough. We would not hesitate in recommending T.Cribbs & Sons to anyone. All of the staff are a credit to the company. If there was more than five stars we would give them all to them.”

From the first moment we made the hard call at my dads care home to T Cribbs benfleet , to the last day we collected my dads ashes …. Absolute 5 star service throughout , and cannot fault them at all , the professional way they was you would say that’s what they are there for and to provide that service , however the personal and caring side that they showed throughout was outstanding, from 1st appointment meeting Allison to discuss funeral plans , sorting out the order of services etc,to speaking to maddie who did such an amazing job with my dad for us to visit at the chapel he looked lovely 😊 , and Phil who directed the cars and service was planned so well and was so caring throughout the day , and he even went out of his way to bring our flowers we wanted back in his own car later that day , no negative thoughts what so ever just all positives and am hoping they all see and read these reviews as for us all they made a day so hard run so we’ll and no stress whatsoever, thank you all at T Cribbs Benfleet from all the Thompson family x”
