“We lost our dad in 2020 and called Cribbs as they are on my local high street. We were so blown away by their service that there was no doubt we wanted them again when we recently lost our mum. Sarah was patient and kind, and went out of her way to ensure we had the service we - and our mum, wanted. She liaised with the florist next door so that we had as little stress as possible in what was arguably the most stressful time of our lives. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. On the day the Funeral Director and hearse driver were professional and considerate, gently guiding us, and our 7 pall bearers through the whole thing.
