“Our mothers funeral was on Thursday October 12th, the weather was rotten and caused several traffic issues which meant that several family members were running late and panic stricken. Jack and his team were the most calm and reassuring presence and made sure we all arrived at the church on time, they were so professional and attentive throughout the day that many people commented on how smoothly everything went from bringing our mum to the church the previous evening, the funeral, the graveside burial and the wake. The family could not praise this company enough fact it deserves a 10 star rating.

“Yesterday we said goodbye to my dad. He was a Jag man which was one of the reasons we decided to use Cribbs in Pitsea so that his final journey would be in a Jag. From start to finish they were amazing. Our initial meeting was with Debbie and she couldn't have been more helpful. She stayed in contact with me the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. When we went to see my dad in the Chapel of rest he looked lovely and it gave our family, especially my mum great comfort to see him looking so peaceful. I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service and support provided by Andre in arranging the repatriation of my mother-in-law, Marie Terry, to Dublin, Ireland and fulfill her final wish, returning her to the land she held so dear.
Losing a loved one is undoubtedly one of the most challenging experiences, and the process of arranging repatriation added an additional layer of complexity and stress.
