Our Mum loved horses so much- so having the beautiful duo of Fresian horses - Leo and Hugo and their wonderful team of handlers were the perfect choice. “We recently have used the Pitsea funeral home after losing my dad, we had Shantel sort everything we needed and cannot thank her enough, Shantel always made sure my mum was at ease and understood the process which I am highly grateful for as she couldn't do too much for us. The last step was collecting dad as we had a direct cremation which unfortunately Shantel wasn't there on the day to thank her for her effects however Phil finished off the service which again absolute pleasure and a true gentleman, we cannot thank these guys enough,
