We take all feedback very seriously and were very concerned to read your comments. However, we have been unable to identify any repatriation case matching the circumstances you describe.
We undertake very few repatriations to Kenya and, following receipt of your review, have contacted the families involved in those cases. All have confirmed that they were satisfied with the service they received.
In addition, all deceased persons repatriated by air are required to be embalmed and accompanied by the appropriate embalming certification before transportation can take place. We maintain comprehensive records for every case that we handle and would welcome the opportunity to investigate your concerns fully.

When my brother unexpectedly passed away in New York at a young age, I was completely overwhelmed and devastated. I had no idea how to manage repatriation.
Andre at T Cribbs Funeral Directors was in charge of the Repatriation Team. He was extraordinary. He was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring from our very first call. He guided me through every step of bringing my brother home and gave me confidence when I had none.
I ran into major issues getting the death certificate. Andre immediately liaised with their US counterparts who were also fantastic, and they secured a copy for me. Any problem that came up, Andre found a solution.
In the middle of absolute heartbreak, Andre’s professionalism, compassion and dedication made an impossible situation so much easier.
If you ever need help with repatriation, please ask for Andre. T Cribbs and Andre gave us the most respectful, caring service and I cannot thank them enough.

“From the very first meeting to the final farewell, T Cribbs provided exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism while arranging my father's funeral.
Every member of the team was incredibly attentive to our family's needs, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even made a special stop on the New Gallows Corner flyover, which meant a great deal to us and showed how willing they were to go the extra mile to honour our wishes.
Throughout the entire day, they treated my mother with the utmost respect, kindness, and dignity, ensuring she felt supported every step of the way. The organisation was flawless, from the dignified carrying of my father's coffin into the chapel to coordinating the family as we lowered his casket into the grave. Even what could have been a daunting moment was handled with such calm professionalism and warmth that it became a cherished family memory, bringing smiles as well as tears.
The undertakers and pallbearers struck the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine personality. Their compassion, patience, and kindness made an incredibly difficult day so much easier for our family.
I cannot recommend T Cribbs highly enough. They gave my father the perfect send-off, and despite the sadness of the occasion, they helped create memories that we will treasure forever.
