This is a short note to express my gratitude and appreciation for the professional service from T Cribb, Head office Beckton. The staff were helpful, warm and knowledgeable and helped the transition of my sister seamlessly. Special thank you to Paul, Ann; Amy for her print services and Jason who ensured all our requirements had been met. I had always dreaded going into a funeral home but the Beckton office environment and décor calmed me down and I felt relaxed throughout my visits. Finally, I would recommend that the Cribb do an exchange programme with their regional offices in overseas countries to understand their cultures.
