“Those who lost a family member and the hospital uses this funeral directors tell them know. This place don't know how to treat those who look different from them and don't no how to greet you while in their setting. To distracted in what your looking at like you goner take something. Again don't trust them to look after your belongs and your love ones. My wife and I gave flowers to put on coffin and on the day they must had dropped them and left it looking any how while we had the service. Wife was told few weeks later why didn't she tell them at the funeral. Where the empathy and who says this while u act a family funeral. Also wife was told you managed to take pictures of the flowers but you could not day anything. Again lack of compassion and putting her in a box. I am white man and my partner assian. But they felt they could be this way with her. The pic were taken feom family members who wanted to have memories that's how the pics came about. Not sure if my wife was white the ceo Mr G. GRIBB would have been this way. To top it off we had to wait over a month for complaint to be looked at and that seemed very challenging on their side and they didn't want to acknowledge things and then went back on what they said and what slipped out their mouths. When witnesses over heard them speaking. It seems complaints stay in house and don't get looked at but rather just dust it under the carpet. Dawn aswell seemed to be not supporter to wife many times. You can see this funeral directors are related due to their unprofessionalism and how they have not learnt to show the same respect and carry out a service for our love one. They don't know how to show this to diverse peoples. Biggest mistake we did was allow our love one to be in their care before the funeral. What goes around must come back around for ones to learn. Elm Park t.cribb and Sons and the ceo oversees all but still had a nastry bitter mouth talking to my wife.”
“I have called up about certain services in Elm Park and logged complaints. Still after my daughters funeral i am waiting for a response back from Dawn and the director. I have been promised a call back and that my complaint will be looked into. Nothing. Day I took my daughters flowers down to the shop. I didn't get a nice welcome. Was not offered to take a seat or nothing was discussed about my child or sorry for your lost. It was more what was we doing here and watching our every move. Then I made flowers which was left with you. To find it on my daughter's coffin disturbed and not even fixed to how I gave them to you. Attending your child funeral to see someone just left it any how like we would not notice. Why has it taken this long for you to show respect and follow your polices and procedures complaints ? Why do you feel it is professional to let weeks go by and ignore the complaint. If my complaint does not get looked into and the handling of my complaint also needs to be looked into. Just because the hospital took care of the funeral does not mean you treat parents a certain way. If you were getting money from us you would had shown yourself better. I have contacted the hospital and sand about my experience with you.”
“Hi, I think that considering how much money that Cribbs is worth and how much it cost for Funerals that it’s a Rip off to charge people to visit their dead relatives in your chapel off ready and also to leave photos or letters to place in the Coffin. Never heard such a extra way off making money out off people’s grief, I’ve known Stan for many years and was a Family friend who was brought up with my family as a Child it’s disgusting. Maybe it will buy Cribbs a extra Limo!!!!!”
