“We had a wonderful week at Fishermans Row, the house was well equipped and exeptionally clean.
It is close to the river and local takeaways/resturaunts which are just a short walk away, as is the bus stop to get to local towns.
A grab rail for the shower over the bath would have been a help as would a downstairs toilet as we aren't as mobile now we're getting older. However the house is lovely and we would look at staying again as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.”
“Loved it nice tidy cottage with all that is required. In a very good location. A 10 to 15 minutes walk into the centre of Richmond. And found plenty to do in Richmond. Loved the station and the walk down the old railway line.”
“Burham Barn is a wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting. The facilities are the best we’ve experienced when visiting Sykes properties. We found it peaceful and relaxing plus plenty of books, dvd’s, and games if the weather is inclement. If you like walking there many paths available especially on Dartmoor itself, and the National Trust/English Heritage sites are within easy reach. There’s some great pubs providing quality food; our favourite was the Royal Oak in Meavy only a 10 minute drive away. A 5 minute drive away is Yelverton with an excellent butchers and well stocked Co-op. We’ve throughly enjoyed our holiday and the owners are a joy to know. We highly recommend staying here and we’re sure you wouldn’t be disappointed at all, Jeremy & Jackie in Halifax.”
“Spent 5days last week in Springhead Cottage Haworth and it was absolutely gorgeous. The Cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The owner Debbie sent me lovely messages and the welcome hamper she provided was the best we've ever had. The garden and surroundings are so peaceful and the games room is an added bonus. We would love to stay there again.”
“Champagne cottage is a great venue . Very well equip kitchen with just about everything you would need , bedrooms allowed different generations and family groups their own space . Pool room and hot tub well used . Village play area immediately out the front . We had beautiful weather so used BBQ . Lounge cosy”

“Exceptional Holiday Accomodation. If we could give this 10 stars we would! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 10 plus a dog. With and additional heatwave what could be better?! We spent hours in the beautiful garden. The facilities at the house were the best we have ever had and we have been coming to Cornwall for many, many years. The surrounding area was perfect. Literally across the road a walk through the woods to the beach. The house is clean, modern, (traditional in areas which adds to the beauty), well equipped. Everything was thought of, down to the clothes airer, washing machine, tumble dryer, huge freezer and fridge. So many holiday accomodation venues give you the exact amount of cutlery and crockery for your stay. This one was so well stocked. A real gem of a find and we are SO disappointed not to be able to get the booking for next year. I hardly dared post this review as we want to keep Ros Vale for us!!!!!! Thank you so much to the owners for the care and thought put into this beautiful property.”
