“I won't hide; when we chose this house, I was a bit worried after reading reviews. But once we arrived, there wasn't a single thing that disappointed us. It looks like the host fixed all the issues.
The house is well-equipped, with clean bedding and towels in each room. The kitchen is full of equipment; to my biggest surprise, even the knives were sharp (how many times we rented other places where the knives were a disaster!). We were a big family, but we didn't feel that there were missing dishes. The room sizes were amazing. We spent the weekend there, and there was no moment that we felt cramped. Kids had the freedom to run. The location was also great, close to the sea, castle, and waterfalls - everything you need for an amazing weekend. This place will definitely leave one of the best memories.”
“Beautifully located cottage, and the owner had beautifully decorated it for Christmas making us feel that our family Christmas get together was very Christmassy. Very spacious and comfortable. It would have been useful before arriving knowing that under 16s could not use the hot tub though.”

“We booked the Granary for somewhere to stay for my son’s wedding in Knutsford. Stunning house definitely has the wow factor and is in a beautiful location.
Very well equipped there’s nothing we thought we could have needed. Great kitchen and really big comfortable lounge. Master bedroom was huge and had the most fantastic en-suite.
Loved the addition of the hot tub.

“I loved staying at Orchard Barn. The cottage has been sensitively restored with great attention to detail in every respect including how it's furnished. The kitchen is very complete with all the mod cons and the central heating is very effective. The setting for the cottage is idyllic and very quiet, even though quite close to Wexford town, with lots of options for walks in the forestry to the rear of the cottage. Mary and Hugh were lovely hosts and most welcoming. I was delighted with the whole experience and will surely be back..”

“Property was well located and comfortable. There were a few small issues however. Top tray of the dishwasher was broken, as was the toilet cistern handle and handle was missing on one of the kitchen doors. On the last night of our stay the fire alarm kept going off for no reason.”

“Lovely stay at Star Cottage. Easy check in, warm and comfortable. Mattresses could be upgraded, as mine had a dip so my back hurt after a couple of nights. Similarly a better cleaning of the hob and plates etc would’ve been appreciated”

The lovely owners go our of there way to provide us with a Christmas 🎄 and are always happy for us to decorate it starting our festive time together.
The beds are huge and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped,
