“Not impressed with difficulties in contacting Sykes. Not impressed at all with promises made to me regarding call backs that never happen. I intend to close my account and never use Sykes again.”
“We had a lovely stay in this big house, amazing gardens which were perfect for the children to play, full of beautiful wildlife at night. It did lack cooking facilities for the size of the house, cooking on a single oven for 10 was challenging at times.”

“We had a fabulous holiday at Daisy Tree Cottage. The cottage was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. You can see the love and care that has gone into the place. Clare was on hand for help and advice, she really does want you to have the best time! Woodhall Spa is a lovely place and the cottage is walking distance to the independent shops and cafes. We had our dog with us and there are some great walks on the doorstep. There’s so much to do in the area as well.”

“The communications from Sykes was probably the worst I have ever expereinced. The were either slow to respond or just didnt respond at all to our queries.
Fortunately the house owner was lovely and helpful which meant that we had a nice holiday but it very little thanks to Sykes”
“We had a lovely time in the cottage. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a good location for getting out and about and doing some walking. I do feel that the sofa needs updating or a nice blanket putting over it and my husband found the bed really uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep very well.”
