“We have had many successful holidays with 'Sykes Cottages' over the years. Our most recent was just as good as all the others. They are well organised with all the information you need for an enjoyable holiday.”
“Absolutely loved the town house we stated in , beautifully clean and tidy . Apart from all the bin bags of several weeks/ holiday makers rubbish, both to the front AND back of the property !!!! We found the water whilst having a shower was far too hot ( scalding) and NI way of introducing and cold water to cool it . Be VERY dangerous fir children . Also it stated in property that you could ask Alexa to boost the heating , we tried and tried for a couple of evenings but couldn't. Apart from that we had a lively time in " Lush house" as there was EVERYTHING you needed”

“Cliffe House Cottage in the Yorkshire Dales was a fantastic location with unbelievable views from each window. The cottage was beautiful presented, the furniture was really nice with no expense spared. The bedroom had a super king-size bed with nice bedding. The bathroom was fantastic with a bath and large shower. Everything was spotless and the kitchen looked as though it had been recently updated. The sitting room was spacious which included
a logburner and two leather sofas. We have found Sykes cottages can always be really nice to stay in having stayed in several but this property takes some beating. Thanks to Simon and Annette for a great break.”

“The Retreat was very comfortable and well equipped. The host was very friendly and made us very welcome. Unfortunately, the surrounding area, although very picturesque, had very few public footpaths so was not ideal as we needed to exercise our dog. Also, places to eat and drink were few and far between.”

“Staff locally very friendly and helpful - Donât like the phone system - too many questions and couldnât find correct option - all I wanted was to speak to the Dartmouth Office regarding keys they couldnât find that I had handed in - finally got through to someone in head office explain situation- would of like a call confirming keys had been found was left feeling worried”
“Cosy, well equipped cottage. Lovely situation and excellemt view of castle. Easy walk into town but a bit harder coming back!
