We stayed at this property for a diamond wedding anniversary celebration. We were a party of 15 ranging in age from 4 to 84. There were more than enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The living and dining areas were enormous and we never felt overcrowded when we were all together in the main living room. There was enough room in the dining area for everybody to eat together and the kitchen was a cooks dream. We would definitely stay there again and we would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a luxery house for a large group, one that provides everything you could need.

The Stables at Droitwich was an ideal location for a family-get togther for a family from 5 - 82, from high quality well equipped kitchen to comortable beds and good quality bed linen it was spot on. The playbarn offering indoor and outdoor equipment provided great entertainment. The location is ideal and we would particularly recommend Bodenham Arboretium, just 11 miles away near Kidderminster

The whole complex is good for all ages. There are animals to feed lakes to walk to or swim in. Games rooms to play in and a fabulous pool- well worth paying extra for. The accommodation is warm and cosy with plenty of bathrooms and hot water. The owners r v helpful.

Comfy, warm and well equipped. Only problem is when you're 5 feet tall you can't reach into most of the high cupboards... but only a problem if you've not got someone talller staying alongside. A good location for adventuring out. Very thoughtful hosts who put in basic provisions so you could have a cup of tea, some eggs on toast after you'd unpacked. Also, treats for the dog - all much appreciated. There has been a lot of rain recently and there was a large pool of water in between the cottage and the car which got bigger by the day. We managed to get around it but unfortunately it did make the cottage muddier.

The Three Peaks Pod we stayed at was clean, tidy and had everything that you needed to make you stay feel welcome. The location, morning and evening vistas from the accomadation were stunning, along with sitting in the hottub at night admiring the stars during clear evenings. Peaceful and fantastic scenery along with plenty of local attractions for walkers and waterfall views and local pubs serving great food.

Cottage was lovely - well-equipped and clean with nice outside space. The only quibble is that it is a bit of a walk from the centre of Whitby.

Charming and immaculately clean property - very relaxing. Beds were very comfortable and it made a lovely base for a short autumn break in this very pretty and peaceful town.

The cottage was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The little touches of leaving milk, cookies and wine made us feel very welcome. Great location for acces to the town or local walks. Would definitely stay here again.

Good home but Some items were missing a lot: bed sheets, pillowcases, and the kitchen didn't have enough pots to cook meals. Also,There were no toilet paper, towels, or hygiene products like soap for handwash and dish wash.

We had a fabulous weekend at Cherry Tree Farm in Derbyshire. We spent precious time with family and the house was beautiful. The house was both spacious and cosy. We loved the views of the scenery from all angles of the house and the natural light. We also loved the hot tub outside and the football goals, as well as the pool and table tennis table and the darts board. The house has everything we needed. Please can the batteries be replaced in the candles as many of them had run out. We were missing 2 large towels in one of the bedrooms as there were 10 of us staying, we managed but extra towels would have been good thanks.

As a family,Grand parents, our adult children our daughter in law, 2yr old grandson and dog we had a great time. The house is spacious, warm and well equipt. Easy access to places to visit which we did and a fab garden to run around in. Hot tub was used and loved. The only thing I would say and its no way the owner or house fault is that we booked a dog friendly house, paid the balance, arrived only to find in the information book restrictions ie dog not allowed upstairs, dog not allowed on the furniture. Our dog is part of our family this was not mentioned by a Sykes in the information online before we booked. Not fair on us or the owner, Sykes please be clear so dog owners are aware of how dog friendly a house is BEFORE we book - this is not the first time I have contacted Sykes re this. We had a fabulous week though.

WOW, this place is an absolute gem of a find. The location was perfect for us, tucked away behind the farm with so many walking options on the doorstop. Superb homemade cakes on arrival, so good that we bought more almost every day. Carole left Gluten free cakes for my husband who has Coeliacs Disease & he said they were the best he’s had. The brownie, in his words, was something else (that’s how good it was). Wonderful private & enclosed garden with fabulous views across the field. Everything has been thought of, it really is like a home from home. The kitchen has been equipped to the max. Glasses for all occasions, cups & mugs, crockery & cutlery for all plus spare, there was a slow cooker & top notch air fryer as well as the standard kitchen oven. Dishwasher & cleaning tablets. Washing machine, tumble dryer & laundry capsules. Shower gel & hand wash in every bathroom. Plenty of Blankets for snuggling on the really comfy sofa. Blankets, towels & bedding supplies for the dog. The beds were the best we have ever slept in at a holiday home, so unbelievably comfortable & the bedding was superior quality. Carole & Tim are top notch hosts, we were lucky enough to time it right & meet them both on arrival. Great local recommendations from them both, always stopped to chat if we saw them when we were arriving or leaving the Sycamores. Local pub The Cross Keys was excellent, staff were so welcoming & the food was exceptional with plenty of gluten free options. We were a party of 6. My parents, who are in their late 70’s & both have limited mobility, slept in the ground floor double with en suite. They were lost for words, their bedroom had so much storage, TV on the wall, great view of the garden. Their en suite was almost as big as the bedroom with everything they could need & even more storage. Our sons, 15 & 12, slept in the twin room with use of the separate bathroom, again everything that they needed was there & their room looked out onto the back garden also. Myself & my husband slept in the upstairs double with en suite. So much space, fabulous storage (more than is shown in the online photos, there is a double wardrobe & chest of drawers), lots of blankets, cushions, chaise longue & TV. This was our first visit here but we will definitely be back again next year.
