“We've been largely happy with Sykes however on a couple of occasions it's been difficult to contact the department I required, on one occasion the owners of a cottage decided to sell so our booking was cancelled, Sykes sent me an email explaining and said ring us back so we can help you look for another property however the options did not include the option I needed for press a button at random I explained the reason for my call & the operator said they would transfer me however no one answered very frustrating I ended up booking a cottage with one of your competitors”

“Great holiday cottage in charming picturesque village location. Spacious, well organised house with everything catered for. Lots to do in the area and a lovely beach for swimming. Local shops, pubs, fish and chips, wood fired pizza and delicious ice cream shop. A superb holiday spot. We were a party of two adults, two teenagers and two grandparents.”
“The area was very lovely and peaceful, and the people are very friendly. There are several places you can visit and take a walk. The cottage was very charming, cosy, and also very clean. It was easy to find the cottage by its name, and parking was available in front of it. Additionally, at the back of the kitchen, there is a deck area where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or dinner in the summer, and there is also a small stream beside the deck.”
“Keswick Loft is a perfect place for humans and doggies alike to stay and have an amazing holiday in Keswick. The dog capital of the World, in my opionion. Spacious big apartment, two bedrooms, comfortable beds, lovely and clean, great big kitchen, dining table and chairs, couches, tv, playstation, games, books etc. Lovely big bathroom. This is so central for Keswick main street full of cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs, hotels, cinema, art gallergy, bakers etc I could go on.Everything you could think of and added bonus of a Co-op within walking distance and Booths too. Also two great friendly local shops in the street where staff were so helpful especially the one with cash machine outside. Lovely folks. This is our second time and can't wait to go back for our third visit.”
“Cottage good. communication with sykes zero. We had 2 remotes.1 for music machine.1 for tv as we thought,but it did,nt work on tv.we rang sykes 3 times but got no help.totally ignored us.my wife had to change chanels by hand,not good.I think remote was for the DVD player. which means there was no remote for tv. we left 2remotes there when we left. Why have Yahoo asked me if tv remote was left there. It was,nt there when we arrived.”
