“I always find something on Sykes’s as they have an excellent variety of properties on their site. The site is very easy to navigate and I particularly like the Bloom rewards scheme.”
“The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped with lots of 'extras' in the kitchen. The location was well placed for visiting the area and we had a very pleasant stay.”
“The cottage was lovely and well equipped, it was very close to town, so very popular with shoppers parking. We managed to get a premium space, so left it there for the whole week and took the bus. From the house, two minutes walk took us to Boyes department store and M&S simply foods and cafe. Beverley town was a delightful town as well.”
“Great app, great filters to find what's just right for you. Property's always as described & the reviews prepare you before arrival. All round excellent service.”
“Stayed there in June for the fiance birthday present. It was a Really nice cottage, absolutely perfect location for all of the caverns and mam tor. The cafe just outside serves a nice breakfast, and for such a small village there are lots of cafes and pubs nearby. Would definitely stay again.”
“We stayed for a long weekend..8 of us..the house was comfortable enough for us all...
The children loved the trampoline in the front garden and the hot tub was also very good..
Perhaps a parasol or something similar would be useful in the back garden as it gets full sun most of the day...”
“Lovely place very quiet,
Only down side the settees need re padding as very little support left. Dinings chairs need replacing had to sit on cushions to sit at the table.”
“The cottage is in a beautiful position in wonderful Cumbrian Countryside. It is well placed for visiting Hawes & Sedburgh which are very nice towns. There is ample parking for 2 Cars . The cottage itself is very comfortable . The beds & settees were comfortable. The Kitchen has everthing you need. I would definately recommend it to anyone who loves the great outdoors!”
“Always efficient. App easy to use. Cottage descriptions pleasingly accurate. Instructions for entry and direction clear and useful. Suggestions re local places of interest useful. Wish they were cheaper but usually find something just about in budget”
“Easy to view website, quick to book cottages and to view past bookings. Properties are extensively described, listing what is important for the customer to know. What is available in the area as well as what is available in the cottage. I also like the facility whereby you can pay off your balance in convenient installments. I would recommend Sykes cottages.”
