Superb location 1 minute to dog friendly beach and the lodge had everything you need and was spotless. Forest dog walk (Bacton Woods) 5 minute drive away and recommend Cromer for a day out.”

“Lovely had a caravan on the coastfields holiday village ingoldmells. The caravan was clean and all the cooking utensils you need.With a lovely veranda great for the dog.The owner let us know that the van was ready so it was nice to get in earlier. Lovely site great for the dog with a pet friendly beach nearby and pubs a short walk.”
“I was very disappointed with the service provided by Sykes. From the moment I needed assistance, I was repeatedly ignored despite sending multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. I was assured someone would contact me, but that simply never happened. In the end, I had to sort everything out myself without any support from Sykes.
The cottage itself was excellent, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the property. In fact, I feel the owners are being massively let down by the poor customer service provided by Sykes. It’s a shame because they deserve much better representation than they are receiving.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in Sykes as a company. The lack of communication and customer care was unacceptable, and it has made me reconsider future bookings. I will not be using Sykes again and would encourage property owners to consider whether they are being represented in the best possible way.”
“An excellent choice for our stay in Yorkshire.
The Grange house at Carlton in Craven was superb. The house was well laid out with bedrooms downstairs and living accommodation upstairs. The kitchen was ample for self catering with ample pots and pans etc. Lounge and diner very spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms all excellent. A very well presented accommodation.
A good location for trips out. No faults at all.
Certainly on the list for a revisit.”
