“Absolutely fantastic stay. We were a group of 15+a dog 61yrs-5yrs. Waverley was a beautiful house , loads of room and the rooms well appointed. We had to contact Jonathan the owner about an issue but sorted straight away no fuss and follow up phone calls to make sure the issue was all sorted . Couldn’t rate it highly enough .”
“Good selection of properties, easy to book.
Unfortunately my son lost a set of ear buds in a house we stayed in. I found it very difficult to contact Skyes and/or the owner about the lost property. When I finally managed to contact Skye’s via online chat, they said they contacted the owner, however 5 days on and the owner hasn’t responded and Skye’s have closed the chat with no updates. Communication could definitely be improved.”
“Fantastic accomodation, really well equiped with everything you need and also great facilities and thoughtful touches for the dog, including multiple bowls, area to shower them off outside and a dog towel! Great sea views on the terrace, outdoor furniture and BBQ area was fab.
Only minor gripe was the main TV is far too high on the wall and the colour looks washed out, needs replacing and moving down. Would definately stay again!”

“Wonderful house and grounds. We had the hottest week ever which was a bonus so the kids paddled in the river as well as exploring the grounds. Quality sums it up.”
“We enjoyed our half term holiday with the family at Hunters moon. The accommodation was great and plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. The kitchen was very large with a huge table seating us all very comfortably. We didn’t spend much time indoors as the weather was fantastic. We visited many National Trust sites nearby as well as Ludlow and the family enjoyed a day on the Seven valley railway. The house also had a hot tub which the adults very much enjoyed relaxing most evenings and the sunsets were amazing. The only downside was lack of hot water for showers at times due to a water leak apparently. The hosts tried to resolve it responding promptly when we notified them.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful location, in walking distance of beach, pubs, ice cream shops and very short drive for supplies from mini supermarkets. Off-road parking is superb as it’s a very popular area and the beach car park/road can get quite full when it’s peak times. The house is so lovely, has everything you need. Washing machine superb, cooking facilities are great, outdoor seating is superb. All the doors downstairs make it very infant and dog friendly. All the bedrooms were great, plenty of options for a large family. Bathrooms excellent, showers all had booster pumps on. Very clean, and well stocked with things like toys, high chairs, books, games, cleaning equipment, hand soaps, towels. Couldn’t fault the place for our little family of 1 year old, 3 year old, myself my partner and our two dogs. A memorable holiday and would very much like to return in the future.”

“We had a wonderful time at Curry Farm, lovely accommodation very clean and comfortable and welcoming. It was a real bonus for us and our dogs to have such a large peaceful garden to enjoy after long walks on the nearby coast. We also loved the freedom to explore the amazing nature reserve, its very beautiful. It was fascinating to talk with the owner about its history and the moths and butterflies that can be seen there. A great escape, thank you.”
“We have stayed in several Sykes cottage’s and you can rest assure that they are all of excellent quality, they never disappoint. To be truthful they aren’t the cheapest accommodation out there but if you want comfortable, excellent quality accommodation then you get what you pay for.”

Beautiful relaxing garden with a fantastic hot tub and sauna to use.
Property has plenty space to allow everyone not to feel on top of each other. Well equiped kitchen for catering.
Lovely dog friendly pub approx 10 minute walk away.
Enjoyed our stay, good location for visiting lots in the area or further afield. Sadly weather was mixed so didnt get to enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked.
A couple of points for owners is that some of the showers had poor water pressure. Some of the fire doors need adjusting as bang rather than close gently as attended. Hoover bag was full and no spare could be found to enable us to hoover properly.”
