“Great location. Cottage could have been a bit cleaner. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Few light were out and hoover wasn’t charged so unable to use. Contacted owner who said he would sort it. Good communication for him.”
“I have used Sykes cottages many times before but felt the service this time was not so good. In the past I have been able to book by phone and sort any little problem by phone. Something Sykes was excellent at! Now a text system is in place and I found this so frustrating. Hanging around for answers that always used to be fairly instant when able to talk in person.”
