“We have been away with Sykes many times over the last 20+ years. The service from them has always been excellent and their choice of cottage are great.”
“The Honeymug cottage we stayed in was perfect. I would've given it 5 stars. However, as a customer, we found that trying to contact Sykes cottages for help and advice prior to our holiday was very very difficult. This went on for approximately 5 weeks, and added a huge amount of unnecessary stress prior to a relaxing holiday. I would 100% stay in the same cottage again, but I would 100% NOT book anything through Sykes ever again. We were left feeling very disgruntled with Sykes as a company, so much so, that the cottage owners are also pulling out of using Sykes to advertise their holiday cottage.”

Sykes website was easy to use, booking process easy, lots of emails with important, useful info came through quickly.

“Absolutely brilliant - a lovely lodge with the advantage of EV charging. Magnificent view from the balcony and the facilities are first class. Aberfeldy is a lovely place with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and we particularly enjoyed the music sessions at The Birks Cinema.
Loads of excellent walks round about - along the River Tay.
As churchgoesrs we have been delighted by the very warm welcome at The Parish Church - comfy seating - heads up screen rather than books and pap[ers and lovely refreshments

“Really easy to use Sykes Cottages, can amend and pay on the app. Only issue I found was I could only pay off certain amounts of my balance and I couldn’t pay small amounts when I had spare money which was a bit of a nuisance, other than that the service was good.”
“We stayed at Riverside for 3 nights to have a base family and local days out.
The cottage was a perfect base. It had everything we needed (including kitchen foil which helped when I had forgotten for wrapping packed lunches!).
The cottage was comfortable and had fans to help in the warm weather. We loved the hot tub which felt like a real treat. My girls also loved the welcome basket which included doughnuts.
The cottage was ideally located for both Low Town and High Town and having a parking permit was great.
We have stayed in a few Bridgenorth cottages but this one was by far the best for what the cottage offered us and location.
We will definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed our 3rd stay at A Stones Throw. It suits us perfectly as 3 generations and 2 small dogs! This year we were fortunate to be there for the end of May heatwave! Most days were spent on the beach and during the evenings we enjoyed playing games or family film nights. Everything we needed and each year we have spotted items that have been replaced. We enjoyed quality family time! Thank you.
