“We loved Pine Cottage. Lots of character, cosy and very clean. It had everything needed for a weeks stay. Would definitely recommend a stay in Pine Cottage and Appleby.”

The house was fabulous and had everything we needed. Lovely kitcjen and dinning area. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacious.
We will definately try and book the house next time we are in Pocklington.

“We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was clean and a fabulous location for our family get together with 7 adults and a baby.
Only improvement would be making the check out time 11am (currently 10am). With only one shower for a property which fits so many adults we found it was pretty tight on timing to get everyone ready in the mornings.”
“A lovely, comfortable, bright, warm flat with excellent sea views. Surprising quiet, very convenient for stations, shops, pubs etc. Good beds and everything one could need in kitchen.”

“Just wow . The converted barn was warm and inviting on arrival with absolutely stunning views across the Snowdonia mountain range . Log burner was set ready to go with spare wood for other days . The bedrooms were beautifully done and layout works well with one en-suite room at one end and the other 2 and bathroom and the other . Kitchen was very well equipped and everywhere was spotless. It’s the first place I’ve ever stayed that I felt I could actually move into and live there . It’s quite remote, but we loved that with plenty of walks about would highly recommend this beautiful place”

“A party of 7. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. There is nothing there that you need, everything was perfect. We even brought our own nespresso coffee machine but didn’t need it as there was one there. Never stayed in such a beautiful place, very clean and well designed. The kitchen area was amazing. The owner came round to make sure all was as it should be. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool. Thank you so much Ollie and what a treat to have a pub in 20 steps walking distance.”
“We had a really great time at Park Bothy. The owners were lovely and looked after us very well. The bed and sofas were very comfortable. The location was perfect for the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Bourton on the Water, Stow, The Farmers Dog, and Brewery. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, thank you.”
“Was exceptional but could have done with a canopy over the hot tub for when it’s raining so we could enjoy the hot tub no matter the weather. We enjoyed the peace and quite of the site and the tranquility.”
“Great location, very clean and well provided for with crockery and glasses etc. Nice to get biscuits, coffee and milk provided. On the downside, someone had been sick before we arrived in the entrance alleyway and it wasn’t washed away and the master bedroom smelt damp but we’ve had a wet start to the year!”

“We had a fab time .. perfect for us . High quality furnishings and beautifully presented. Hot tub was a bonus which we enjoyed immensely such a treat. Great walks along the canals and ate some fab food in the local pubs.
We hope to revisit ..there are a lot more walks to do in the area.”
