“The cottage we recently stayed at in Sawdon was very cosy and the hosts were friendly and helpful.
We had a couple of issues with the water and heating but the hosts were quick to sort these out. We did feel that as we were the first occupants of the year it hadn't quite been prepared to the usual standard. We also felt that the kitchen had very limited work surface/food preparation space and there were no empty cupboards to put any kind of non perishable food in for the duration of our stay.
We did enjoy our stay despite the issues and felt that the cottage is well placed for visiting the seaside and other tourist attractions.”

A little suggestions that would benefit the owners - have door mats INSIDE the doors to save wet shoes around. The mats are on the outside and were drenched. And would be good to fix the indoor garage door. These are not complaints just suggestions that would benefit keeping the house clean

“The cabin was beautiful and very secluded. The hosts were so helpful when we contacted them about the remote control batteries running out and provided replacements. Was missing side tables as nowhere to put your cup and the coffee machine didn't work. Outside lights only worked for an hour a night. Needed a few more lamps in the lounge area. Directions provided were overly complicated and not necessary. Needed instructions for the washing machine.”

Simple to book, great reminders for when you a pay, lots of relevant information about your property i.e. directions how to contact the property owner etc. The whole process is stress free which is the perfect way to start your holiday.”
