“If you can book online it's brilliant. If there is some issue which requires human intervention then you are wasting your time. Try to navigate the auto attendant without being referred to the website then cut off. Try to speak to someone - I lost a whole morning without success. We only wanted to book an extra day without paying a whole week's rental. Really poor”
“Arrived 1:30 and waited for key code details, 4pm came and no email, phoned and was told holiday had been cancelled 2 months earlier by owner but no one notified us, offered a different caravan which was dirty, but made do, completely blame owners, caravan company were great and help was greatly appreciated, this is the 2nd time this has happened in 3 years, never again, will go direct through caravan park if we ever stay in caravans again, will never trust owners again.

“This is the third time we have stayed in a Sykes listed accommodation and each one has been excellent so I would be very confident in recommending this company to anyone. The three places were in different parts of Ireland and we spent a week in each. The places on offer all seem to be consistently good regardless of location. We had week long holiday each time and although They were not cheapest, they were well worth the money.”

“Bay Lodge was lovely, very clean and very spacious, it was much bigger inside than it looked from the outside. The views of the sea were lovely, the lodge was very homely and had everything in it that you could possibly want. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return. The owners were lovely and not imposing at all, but there if you needed them. Thanks for a lovely holiday Barbara and Paul.

“We had an amazing week here! Not only were the lodges amazing, but what we really loved was the location. It was 20-40 mons from anywhere you could want to visit in Cornwall! The land and estate as a whole was beautiful, and the amenities were great! We’d 100% come back!”

It was nice having a parking spot. I can understand why having it round the back and up the hill does not work for everybody but for us it was no bother and useful to have in such a central location.
The two single beds were definitely not the quality of the larger one, children did not sleep well and complained uncomfortable however it did not spoil the overall apartment too much.

I found booking my holiday easy and so like the new cancellation cost with being pensioners it means we are covered if either of us are taken ill (which I definitely hope not) I would definately book with Sykes every year”
“We wanted a house that could accommodate all our family and 2 dogs. This house certainly did this. Good location with a lovely pub only 10 minutes walk away. Could do with a bit of TLC.”
