“I have been using Sykes Cottages for years. So easy to use the website, cost of stay and booking system is very clear, unlike other sites. My only gripe this time was the amount of small print I had to read around my booking, I have never known this before and if felt unnecessary.”

“Where do I begin, arrived on Saturday to no running hot water reported it on Sunday nothing! reported it again on Monday finally someone came out and I was told it needed a new part and would be ordered i had contacted the reception, the management of the property and the owners of the property and Sykes cottages to inform them of the problem Fast forward to Friday they contacted me to fit the part but we had enough by then and was packing to leave five of us had spent the week using a kettle and a washing up bowl to keep ourselves clean not the relaxing holiday i was hoping for.
1. Why didn't someone collect the part.
2. Why didn't someone take the part from another boiler then refit the new part
3. Why wasn't we moved to another unit with working facilities
Can't wait for the excuses and I will not be visiting Hafan y mor again and will think twice about using Sykes cottages”

“Great week in a lovely house. Would highly recommend for a larger group, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good to have bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor for the less mobile.

“We had a loverly stay with our grandchildren over oct half term the cabin was very warm and cozy the hottub and pool being massive hits for us all. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linen and tons of towels and a towelling robe each.”
