“Lovely cottage, well equipped and nicely secluded. Had a great week. Dissapointed there was no welcome pack eg fresh milk for a brew. Would book again,”
“We’ve had really good experiences with your cottage’s so far, I’m afraid the last one wasn’t as good. Given the feedback in grave I thought I might have at least had word back from you”
“System and filters generally work well.
One comment, having opened a cottage page to view the details, clicking" back to search" takes me back to the first property on the list not the one that I was on. I therefore have to scroll through the properties that I have already seen.”
“We have used Sykes cottages for many years now and keep on using them for the quality of the accommodation at a reasonable cost and the fact that there are many locations to choose from.”
“House very well fitted out.
Communication good with company.
Garden messy , barbecue dirty snail in it, fish pond dirty. OutDoor 2 seater cushions wet and covered in leaves so did not use.
Not clear towels NOT INCLUDED.
When we stripped the beds as instructed mattress protectors stained as well a duvet.
This was awful to discover this”
“We book through Sykes as we are never disappointed with the accommodation that we book. The property is always described on the site very well and you get exactly what is described.”
