“We had a wonderful time. The location of the Old Barn so close to Church Stretton was perfect for us. There's a great view from the terrace, parking is easy and we chose too because of the king size bed. Rachel the owner is always around and she couldn't be more welcoming or helpful.”

“We had such a lovely stay at Byeways. The bungalow was very clean and tidy. Everything was supplied that we needed. It was so peaceful, just the sound of birds which was so nice. Spent alot of time in the garden as the weather was perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for a bit later in the year.”
“We stayed at the Brewhouse Flat, Culzean Castle. The flat was great and was in keeping with the historic nature of the castle. It had everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday.
Instructions about how to access the flat were very clear. All communications we received from Sykes were good.

“When booking the cottage no problem at all, but we needed to talk to customer services could not get through in fact we were cut off several times,the only way we could speak to someone was to contact sales and they put us through it still took about 20 mins for phone to be answered, not good in fact we
will think carefully before booking with Sykes again it's just to much trouble and wasted time!!
Please sort this out A S A P we have booked cottages with Sykes for many years never had this problem
