“From the moment we arrived, this stunning four-story holiday house exceeded every expectation we had—and then some!
Each floor offers something unique, creating a sense of discovery throughout the stay. The ground level is cosy and comfortable with access to the garden, while the upper floors open up into styled living spaces filled with natural light. The balcony off the longe and dining area in particular, are showstoppers—offering breathtaking views over the rooftops to river and beyond…the perfect spots to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink.
The interior design is modern yet cozy, with tasteful décor that makes you feel instantly at home. Every room is clearly maintained with great care. The master bedroom is spacious and shares the amazing view! All the beds were incredibly comfortable which guaranteed a great night’s sleep.
What really stood out was how well-equipped the house is. Whether you’re cooking a full meal in the fully stocked kitchen or relaxing in the living area, everything you could possibly need has been thoughtfully provided. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends. .
In short, this holiday home isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended.”

“A fantastic stay at Holywell Bay. The bungalow had everything we needed and was really spacious. A great location to explore Cornwall and a bonus that the beach is only a short walk away. Located on a really quiet residential area with gorgeous views of the dunes and sea. It really felt like a home from home. We will definitely be back. Thank you”
“Had a lovely stay at Hartam House. The property was very clean and tidy with lovely walks from the door and within a short drive. The only negative we experienced was with the local pub. We had planned to babysit for our grandchildren whilst our daughter and son in law were able to have some much needed time out. Unfortunately the pub that advertises on the door that it is open until 11 pm turned off the jukebox and asked them to leave at 8.30 pm after serving them a drink 10 minutes before. Very unfriendly landlord so if you're planning to use it on your stay you may be disappointed.”

“We found the cottage very good, everything as promised. The only issue was that the outer front door lock was broken and therefore had to rely on the inner door Yale lock for security. This was reported on day 1 and it was never repaired.”
“Most properties are of a good standard but we have stayed in a few which clearly haven’t been visited by yourselves for a long while and are in need of desperate attention.
The owners seem to let standards slip because there are no regular checks.
