“We had a great stay in our lodge in the peaceful countryside of St Florence near Tenby. The lodge was tidy, well equipped and very private. There is so much beautiful countryside and coastline within a few miles and we enjoyed exploring the area. Nat was very friendly and easy to get on with, as were the locals in the village pub who we made friends with. All in all a great holiday!”
“This really was one of the best accommodations i have stayed in ... it was SO well kitted out and very clean and had everything you would need with the exception of a fan !! we chose the hottest week so far this year and it was SO hot .. but the locations was very remote we were able to keep all the windows and doors open to help cool it down :-)”

“Easy to book and pay for but disappointed in the last property we rented, as its standards of cleanliness weren’t up to what we paid for. From food baked onto pans, dirty carpets and mouldy washing machines , I was expecting better. Not really Sykes fault but I paid a lot for the holiday”

“I have stayed here several times this home is always immaculately presented, comfortable and sparkling clean, the garden is always neat and tidy and both dog and wildlife friendly I am glad to see the lovely hedges and trees tidy and not over pruned during the nesting seasons.

“Centrally located in Ambleside, this lovely, spacious house was a great place to stay for a family gathering. It's quirky, with lots of stairs, but very nicely decorated and equipped and feels very nice inside. It's slightly difficult to access from the carpark with luggage, but a luggage trolley is provided. We'd recommend!”
“Sykes Cottages have a wide and varied choice of accommodation to suit everyone. They also have places to rent all over the UK. They offer good communication and customer service. Their prices are comparable to other holidays rental companies, but the only thing that stops them getting a 5* review is there fee charge is quite high”
