“We usually use Sykes for holiday cottages as the site is easy to use, there is a good choice of properties and they are usually of a high standard. The only slight issue we have is with the directions to some of the properties as they are not always deatiled enough. No problem with the quality of the accommodation though.”

My son was on the phone wating for you to pick it up for 5hrs. regarding insurance.TThe property in question was listed as onsuit .This was not so ! in the main bedroom you had to go down 7 steps via a15 ins twisted stairs.My wife has alzhiemers this was not possible.We used the 2nd bedroom.This was also down7 stairs but was onsuite,but every time my wife wanted the loo we had to take her down as she is unstable and does not like stairs.Going to the lounge also required going up 4 stairs.We spent most of our time in the kitchen due to this!Not avery nice HolidayYou should be had for missreprent of this property.Not happy and would not advise anyone to use your company Colin Munson”
“We've used Sykes for a number of years and they tend to our first choice for GB rentals. Never had any problems with Sykes, the website/app works and the ability to filter by things like Enclosed Garden (dog for the use of) and a few mobility constraints helps as we get older. Quality of properties varies as you might expect but unlike some other sites all have been good and some excellent (our last so good we went back for a second year).”

“Our fourth time booking through Sykes Cottages, and very pleased with our week in “Maceley”. The property was in a good location, well equipped, and very clean. We really enjoyed having breakfast and the occasional dinner in the lovely garden, making the most of the warm weather during our stay.
