“skyfell was a lovely property. Quiet and so close to the centre. The welcome pack was a nice touch and much appreciated ! The property is clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding soo comfortable after a long walk. We were very lucky with weather too a week of winter sunshine and snow thank you !”
“What amazing accommodation it was so clean with everything we needed and the host was quick to respond with any queries and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, in a lovely location and was exactly what we needed for our reunion.
Attention to detail to the decor, with really nice touches, great artwork and lovely colour schemes throughout the house.
We ate, we created art, we walked, we played games, we laughed and had the best time ever!!

“Great location. Cottage could have been a bit cleaner. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Few light were out and hoover wasn’t charged so unable to use. Contacted owner who said he would sort it. Good communication for him.”
“I have used Sykes cottages many times before but felt the service this time was not so good. In the past I have been able to book by phone and sort any little problem by phone. Something Sykes was excellent at! Now a text system is in place and I found this so frustrating. Hanging around for answers that always used to be fairly instant when able to talk in person.”
