“The cottage was lovely, the host left a welcome pack which we did enjoy, the mattress was so comfy we didn't want to get out bed.The only downside to our stay was my wife and I have mobility issues and how hilly and extremely difficult to cope with all the hills.”

“Made a booking on 28/08. Website showed 10% concession (early booking 2027), but was not applied. Immediate contact to Sykes to rectifie booking summary. Several times "agent will be in touch", but no contact. Very poor customer support and query still not resolved. We've booked several times at Sykes during the last years, but after this bad experience, this will be our very last booking if no satisfactory answer.”

“Incredibly unhelpful when trying to contact. Constantly passed between virtual assistants , saying that you’ll be passed to an agent , but I never was . I tried to contact before and during our stay and both times they were completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend.”
