“Latest booking of many with Sykes Cottages.
So easy to choose and shortlist properties and there is always something different for us to try.
The booking process is easy and you are kept up to date all along with your holiday”
“You advertised a cottage that was not available, took full payment and apart from an email from the owner telling us that the property is not available we would not be aware that our booking has been cancelled. We have heard absolutely nothing from Sykes and are still waiting for the refund of our money.”
“A beautifully styled, fab location holiday home. We would definitely recommend/book again. Settle has a vibrant centre with plenty of independent cafes and pubs and is also close to some fantastic walks. Blessed with near perfect weather we had a wonderful time.”
“Everything was seamless, the property itself was excellent and we look forward to staying there again at some point. If I was just being a little critical, the bedrooms could do with some proper black out curtains, it's quite bright in the early mornings.”
“Arrived at property on Friday for a weeks stay. Only one towel each provided, so contacted the number provided in the booking information pack in the apartment. Was told by Rinea at Lyme Bay Holidays that they’re unable to provide any more towels. I’m very unhappy to be told that they cannot provide any more towels for a week long stay.”
“Brilliant service. We always like to book over the phone and the gentlemen who we spoke to was fantastic .He sent us our booking ref straight away looking forward to our holiday.”
“Sykes cottages have so many lovely properties it can be hard to make a decision. The website and the app are both easy to use and navigate and booking is easy and clear.”
“Sykes always has plenty of holiday cottages to chose from, we are never disappointed with our selection. The website is extremely easy to use with lots of options of places and wonderful hand picked holiday accommodation. The booking process is also very simple. We use them often.”
