Property we recently had was in need of much ‘tlc’ that wasn’t apparent on website at time of booking.”

Was told by Rinea at Lyme Bay Holidays that they’re unable to provide any more towels. I’m very unhappy to be told that they cannot provide any more towels for a week long stay.”
