“Lovely location ideal for walking into Keswick or surrounding hills without using the car. Lodge had everything we needed, just needs to have an appropriately sized toilet seat fitted.”
“I am not at all impressed with Sykes' systems. Having been sent two emails with "Leave a review" links which didn't work, I emailed Sykes. They gaslighted me and told me I had already left a review? I am therefore surprised to receive another email requesting a review. That aside, I move on to Estuary Cottage
This is our sixth visit to Estuary Cottage. We are looking forward to our free visit with the Frequent Visitor Card 😉. EC gives us everything we need as a very comfortable, dog friendly base to explore Anglesey. There are options for coastal walks with many attractions in either direction. The Visitor book gives many useful tips about excursions. Neighbours are very friendly and encouraged the red squirrels back in the two years they have been there, thank you.
As for other wildlife, there is a squirrel family visiting, and they are very active at the moment. There are also pheasants, rabbits, frisky ducks, sheep and many birds to see from the cottage. The cottage is well equipped if you are self catering, and the Wood burner makes it very cosy even if the weather is not great.”
“Lovely house in a beautiful, peaceful location. 5 households were able to come together and enjoy a relaxing weekend.
The hot tub was a welcome bonus and it the hosts were very friendly. We were also very lucky with the weather.
We’d love to come back here.. maybe we will make it an annual gathering.”

“The location of the cottage was excellent just a 5 minute walk down the hill to the town. The house itself was OK, a fair bit of dust and cobwebs downstairs but livable.”
“We were a group of seven seniors and very much enjoyed our stay at The Long Barn. The property has been tastefully converted to a high standard while maintaining an attractive country style. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining and lounge areas were snug and homely. The ground floor bedroom and wet room were excellent although upstairs space was a little limited in parts. The garden area was very pleasant. We appreciated the welcome basket and our hosts were efficient and helpful throughout.”
