“Marazion Attic is faultless. Meticulously maintained and with all the mod cons so big thumbs up for the owner. However, have to say the customer service we received from Sykes Cottages was poor. I had a few questions about the stay and their customer line was never answered and when I did manage to connect with someone via chat, it was next to useless. Well below par but 5 stars to property itself!”
“The Snug was a delight to stay for a short break, it was very clean and comfortable and a lot of thought had gone into having everything you could possibly need. The conservatory was a bonus and a lovely space to relax.A welcome hamper was very much appreciated. Next time we are in the area we would love to stay if it is available”

The cottage itself is beautiful with everything you need.
Lovely and warm on arrival, wood burner which would have been cosy but we were lucky enough to have the most amazing weather so didn’t need it.

“We have used Sykes Cottage for a number of years and always been very successful and lovely properties. Unfortunately, this year we needed to contact them after the property was booked, which we found very difficult and frustrating. Endless time on the telephone with giving up on a couply of occasions. Got a bit better once we were given an email to contact. You can't use the chat option once the booking is made and our online account doesn't always answer all of our questions!”
“The apartment was very comfortable, just a couple of issues one got sorted by the owner the day we arrived. The other was not sorted while we were there. It was within walking distance of the town centre.
A good base to explore the Peak District from.”
“This was our second stay at About Time Cottage as we enjoyed our first so much and it didn’t disappoint! Such a lovely place to stay, great space in a beautiful area.”
“We arrived at our accommodation to find a problem with the gas supply meaning we had no hot water and limited heating for the first day. Communication about the issue was lacking and trying to negotiate compensation has proven a challenge. If you experience an issue during your stay don't expect Sykes to be of much assistance! I will avoid using Sykes in the future.”
“Shady Bowers was a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and amazing views over the Kent Estuary. Would certainly recommend to friends and family. Lots of lovely places to visit - RSPB, N.T. Property, Lancaster Castle and the local coastal towns/villages.”
