“Sykes Cottages are ridiculously poor at dealing with customer complaints. Absolutely no human contact despite repeated requests. Their online descriptions of cottages are misleading. This email asks for photos which have already been sent but ignored”

As it’s a dog friendly chalet it would have been helpful if the balustrade went all around the decking area, as we had to but two windbreakers to fill in the gaps to make it safe and at the time there
we’re safely signs warnings of it being unsafe,

Every holiday accommodation has been of top quality and never disappointed us. The cleanliness and equipment has been superb. If we have had any problems occurring during our stay the support team have been there to assist with advice or asking someone to come to the property to sort it out quickly. We always recommend to our family and friends.”
“I was informed ( four days before my holiday) that ' unfortunately those dates had already been booked and therefore that property was no longer available. Two other properties were offered and I accepted one of them in a nearby location to the original,but still I was not happy with the way it was handled or the attitude of the call centre staff.”

Having to contact you by messenger is not satisfactory. Disappointing development. A customer should be able to phone and discuss matters with an individual”
