“Top marks to all at SWR for the supply and installation of our new Hormann Rollmatic garage door. We are delighted with the finished result as can be seen in the photo attached. The installation team Boe and Joe were prompt, courteous and friendly and efficient in fitting the door. It was a pleasure meeting them and having them here for this important part of our renovation project. Thank you to all at SWR.”

“SWR installed my door over 7 years ago. We have never had any problems. We had a recent problem that was sorted very quickly and this was a fault on my part, not the door.”

“I contacted the organisation as I was having problems with closing my automatic garage door which SWR had fitted some years ago. My initial contact was not very efficient as I was told the person dealing with these issues was not at their desk and will ring me back which they did not do. I rang again some hours later and got the person who was only interested in me paying a £90 fee for emergency call out. The operatives arrived slightly earlier than the agreed time and were very efficient and professional. I have no problem with how the problem was solved but dissatisfied with how I was originally treated.”

“Excellent service from looking at and recommending an awning to fitting. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the fitters were quick, neat and tidy. The awning is great. We couldn’t have had better service.”

“Apart from a hiccup initially regarding the installation of the door, owing to the surveyor not noticing a gas pipe that required moving, the second installation day went very smoothly and we are really pleased with the door.”

“From first contact to completion of my new garage doors the service has been excellent at every level - my requirements were a little unusual but this presented no problem at all to any of your staff - the doors installed are outstanding. The initial advice I received from Scott was the best I received from a few calls at that time; your installers, Bo & Jo I think they were called, we’re very professional, cheerful and helpful, and other staff I have spoken, including Amber, have all been lovely. I’m have you current brochure and if I have any such requirements you’ll be my first port if call.”

“Had a new garage door fitted can’t fault the guys on the speed and quality of the fitting. Only thing to improve on is maybe to be a bit more regular with updates on how the order was progressing as this did have a long lead time.”
