“An outstanding service from start to finish. Very professional, reliable, polite, punctual and fair price. This is a high quality and serious company to deal with. Excellent communications throughout. Very clear, itemised and detailed quotes and terms/conditions. A highly experienced and polite and friendly surveyor came to give the initial quote, offering expert advice with zero sales pressure. After-sales service second-to-none for arranging installation date and account questions. Ordered a high-end Hormann electric sectional garage door and very happy indeed with the price, supply and fitting. I can fully understand why they are among the relatively small handful of suppliers which are a fully approved Hormann installer. SWR just gave me that re-assuring, warm-and-cosy feeling right from the outset that they know what they are doing and will do it right. And they did. Highly experienced fitting team on the day and great customer interface on all questions or concerns about the installation. A superb installation in all respects. From the three quotes I got, so happy I chose SWR - if you want top quality service. I would not hesitate to order more products from SWR again”

“Firstly I’d like to mention the the repair was carried out professionally and quickly with great care and deserves specific praise. However, be aware that the initial installation by SWR is only covered with a 2 year warranty with no exceptions. I was informed when first fitted that this particular window was stiff to close because of the window seals. It appears from the technicians that recently rectified the problem was that the closing issue was due to incorrect original installation and a misalignment of the locking catches. My frustration is of course that it should have repaired by SWR with no changes to me as it was a problem with the original fitting.”

Upon further investigation with the installer who visited your property, it appears that the issue you encountered was related to a supplier matter rather than an installation problem. We take full responsibility for any inconvenience you've experienced, and in light of this supplier issue, we have made the decision to refund the callout charge you incurred. We deeply apologize for any confusion and frustration this situation may have caused you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we genuinely hope that this resolution is satisfactory to you. “I had the Hofmann garage door fitted in 2002 and it has been completely trouble free until now . I was having trouble closing the door. You mechanic’s diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor the very next day. I can recommend the service as the employees were efficient and friendly.”

“I had issues with programming my remotes, called but was not told the correct way to program the remotes. No choice but to book an engineer visit, £130 + vat. They canceled the 1st appointment which caused me some problems when the engineers arrived, I told them how I was told by their office to program the remotes, they told me that is wrong. They showed me how is done, took only a few minutes. Expensive visit. I did send an email to Nicole but so far NO reply. Shame. M.Shojaie 38 Parkside NW7 2LP”

“I just wanted to say thank you for the service you have provided. We researched the market and knew the unit we wanted which is a Weinor Cassita 2 with a size of 3.5m x 3m. Given that this a German product we went to all the main suppliers and installers in the UK (6 in total) we also visited the SWR showroom. We chose SWR above all others due to its reputation and price. The its quite a big unit, it is very well made with a solid structure that fits neatly away the fittings screwed to the wall therefore need to be substantial and will need expertise and skill to fit them correctly. The unit look fabulous and is perfect for what we need. The two guys who installed the unit were brilliant, very professional, helpful, polite and could do enough for us so please ensure that the management of SWR are aware of the the great work you and your team have done. The online billing and payment process was easy.”

Extremely flexible....we had a close bereavement in the middle of the process and they held even abeyance until we were ready to proceed, no questions asked. “We received a phone call on the day of installation to say that the fitters were on their way. The fitters were very professional and explained everything to us. When the garage door was fitted we had a complete run through with them of how to operate the door and how to over come any problems that may occur. They did emphasise that if we had any problems with the door to contact SWR so they could resolve it. When the installation was completed all packaging and our old garage door was removed and taken away.”

“Having been postponed from the previous day because of illness, Dave Rowan and his colleague arrived promptly the following day. Despite very bad weather (heavy rain), the fitters worked diligently and without a break to install the new garage door. They were very professional and cleared up after completion. Gave me a good briefing concerning the door`s operation before departing. We are very pleased with the end product!.”
