Firstly I’d like to mention the the repair was carried out professionally and quickly with great care and deserves specific praise. However, be aware that the initial installation by SWR is only covered with a 2 year warranty with no exceptions. I was informed when first fitted that this particular window was stiff to close because of the window seals. It appears from the technicians that recently rectified the problem was that the closing issue was due to incorrect original installation and a misalignment of the locking catches. My frustration is of course that it should have repaired by SWR with no changes to me as it was a problem with the original fitting.

I had issues with programming my remotes, called but was not told the correct way to program the remotes. No choice but to book an engineer visit, £130 + vat. They canceled the 1st appointment which caused me some problems when the engineers arrived, I told them how I was told by their office to program the remotes, they told me that is wrong. They showed me how is done, took only a few minutes. Expensive visit. I did send an email to Nicole but so far NO reply. Shame. M.Shojaie 38 Parkside NW7 2LP

The product seems to be good quality so I’ve given two stars. Sadly the process of buying was less positive. We were originally told the delivery date would be early January. Excitingly, we were then told that it would actually be late December. But when the delivery date arrived we were told that the December delivery date was incorrect. And we were back to early January. When that delivery date arrived we were told that there was going to be a further delay. Eventually the doors arrived on the 26th of January. Obviously this involved quite a lot of disruption and expense as builders had to be redeployed and other tasks shifted around.

Hi Mr Beloe We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with how long delivery took. The manufacturers initially confirmed a December date but then delayed it due to unforeseen issues. We were in regular contact with the manufacturer to keep you informed but circumstances were beyond our control, unfortunately. Hi Mr Cooper Thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry we have not met your expectations on this occasion. May I ask where you feel you have been let down? The door arrived from our supplier on the 31st of January and was installed on the 1st of February a day later. Also on the morning of your query after the installation we agreed that we would come out later that day to try and resolve, so would like to understand where we could improve. We really value your feedback as you say we consider ourselves a customer orientated business with “customers at our core” one of our values, so all feedback on how we can improve is appreciated.
