Nicola Thompson arranged both the attendance at very short notice of Harry Marzec.
Harry sorted the initial problem of the failed control unit, enabling me to use the electric function on the door.
Nicola also then arranged for an electrician to attend the following day to replace the faulty part of the control unit.
