“In general the service is very good. However they turn up to replace a control panel only to find that the engineers had been given a motor to replace. So I had to wait another three weeks for the fault to be resolved.”

“Very efficient installation by Tom and Boe, they cleared up really well and the new door is working well. Great work guys! I’m giving the company a three star rating instead of five because the previous door was supplied by SWR in 2011 and the motor has been failing for a couple of years, therefore not a great track record. It was never a good performer, was very noisy and required adjustments a few years back. This was a Securiflex type and I would definitely not recommend it. Additionally, the old door was black and as the location is south facing, the garage was always hot in summer. The current sales and tech staff advise against this now.”

“It was a shame how the installation of our French doors,bifold door and picture wondowvdid not go to plan. The final product is very good and the SWR team are a friendly bunch. There were issues with their quality control in regard to ensuring measurements were checked by their own team. A big error was made that led to the ordering of an incorrect opening direction of the bifold . Also the initial bifold had wrong sized glass . This all led to several weeks delay. The installation team had to return as they did not have all the parts. I was pleased that these errors were rectified but it could have been a smoother process if more diligence was taken with the order details. The recommendation of a builder was not very good and this also took much longer than suggested and the workmanship was pretty rough”

“The person who came to measure up and the lads who installed the door were top. Sadly, it took 14 weeks instead of 8-10 and the communication from the head office was extremely poor (e.g. I had to chase after 11 weeks as I had received no communication, no confirmation of installation date, cancellation of the first installation date the evening before).”

Hi Dr Maillard Thank you for your feedback all feedback is appreciated. On all orders we put in place to give the customer a mid point call giving the customer an update on how their order is progressing but on this occasion this was missed off. Regarding the late delivery and installation date there was a delay from the supplier which is out of our hands but you should have been kept up to date with progress of delivery. “The products are good but the advice on installation was not great. The garage door fits on the back of the wall and this was not properly explained so we have two side panels which we didn't want. Also Sills do not match doors”

“Very professional & installation done neatly by courteous men. Only criticism would be that I was concerned awning would not be long enough to shade table underneath completely & was reassured it would- it doesn't & only 2 of 4 chairs ever in shade, so v disappointing.”
