“Very helpful at every stage:- initial consideration, ordering, arranging installation and then the installation itself. Our fitting team (Beau and Harry) were courteous and efficient, and also had to think around a couple of difficulties in our old garage when removing the existing doors which they did really well. Delighted with the end result.”

“It was a shame how the installation of our French doors,bifold door and picture wondowvdid not go to plan. The final product is very good and the SWR team are a friendly bunch. There were issues with their quality control in regard to ensuring measurements were checked by their own team. A big error was made that led to the ordering of an incorrect opening direction of the bifold . Also the initial bifold had wrong sized glass . This all led to several weeks delay. The installation team had to return as they did not have all the parts. I was pleased that these errors were rectified but it could have been a smoother process if more diligence was taken with the order details. The recommendation of a builder was not very good and this also took much longer than suggested and the workmanship was pretty rough”

“Harry and Beau were brilliant ,they wasted no time and worked in -4 conditions!! Explained everything thoroughly and gave us demonstration of all we needed to know. We are delighted with the work they carried out and door looks amazing.”

“Overall we are very pleased, there was no pressure selling and the office interaction was good and professional. We were, however, a bit surprised with the fitting team. They did a great job but were very loud in their conversations together although they were aware that there were several of us in the house at the time. The three adults there all commented on it. This is the only reason we haven't given you 5 stars.”

“Very happy with the service and products we have had installed by SWR, from survey with Darren to the installation with Dave and Boe we couldn't be happier. we went for the dual colour windows with the white inside to match our internal decor after being expertly advised by the sales team of all the options on the market. we would definitely use SWR in the future”

“The installation was challenging as it required a complex bespoke bracket to be made. To their credit the SWR team took time and care to double-check the feasibility and reassure us that it was possible, even though we had initially chosen to use another installer. For various reasons there were frustrating delays in getting the bespoke brackets made, however these things do happen ! The installation is now complete and looks impressive and we are pleased with it. I would definitely recommend SWR Home and Outdoor.”
